Story point vanished from a couple of Projects

Hi, 
We have a problem with the Story points that now are not visible in two projects of us, from what our employees described those were missed on thursday last week, 

I check that in issue layout appears the option:

And finally I activated this option, but the problem persists:


Can you please help me? I think I was checking the wrong place to fix this issue.

is there a value in the field? it will not display if empty. also try switching back to the old view and check and use the Admin > where is my field feature.
