Story points completed in Burnup Chart does not match extract of Done Story Points

Story points completed in Burnup Chart does not match when i extract the list of user stories with a criteria Done and sum all the story points.

has anyone encountered such issues and any recommendations you have as to how we can resolve this gap.

for my project, Burnup chart 1000 has more points compared to the Done stories extract.

Could you show us the query you are using to "extract" the list, and tell us how you are doing the calculation?  (Feel free to obscure actual data like project keys, it's the structure and clauses we are interested in)

Hey Nick, it took some time for us to understand the problem why there is a difference in story points completed vs. data from Burnup Chart.

To our surprise, we have two status types being used to help the team on ground.

1. Unit Test Blocked

2. Blocked

Stories with above status are reflected as Completed in Burnup Chart and not others. we have other status which are structured similary and works as expected in Burnup Chart.

have you come accross such issues from the JIRA users.
