I'm trying to setup story points instead of time. We recently switched to Company Managed but got lost.
So why do you think they are not visible at all?

Sorry, if you've already checked this, but just in case: If you click on the Actions (...) icon, there is a 'configure' option,
and from there you can select fields to be displayed, Do you see 'story points estimate' there?
No, only story points. However, I solved the issue by clicking Find your field in that same actions and it showed it was not available for context, and fixed that somehow, but not sure why it was needed to begin with.
