Story points unaccounted for in past sprint

Essentially, the problem is that certain metrics are telling me that there are three story points missing somewhere in a past sprint. The pictures show that the velocity chart says there were 11 story points removed during the sprint, but the burndown is telling me that the only removed items totaled 8 points. The initial scope is also said to be 97 in the burndown, but 100 in the velocity chart. So it thinks that there were 3 extra story points initially and then they were removed as well? We could also not find any evidence in the log that shows a story's value losing 3 points. It is throwing off all other metrics and we can't find those 3 points anywhere. Any ideas?

The chart image you are showing is from a marketplace addon / app, and is not from a built-in report. 

I recommend working with your Jira Site Admin to identify the vendor, and contact their support team via the Atlassian Marketplace and their support page:
