Story points vs number of bugs report

Our goal is to start monitoring team's velocity with regards to quality.

Our idea is to generate a report about number of bugs created divided by delivered story points during a period of time. It seems i cannot do this with regular Kanban reporting, so what could be the suggested approach for doing this in Jira? Are there any plugins that support this out of the box?

Indeed, with Kanban default reports, you won't be able to customize them to achieve what you want.

In scenarios like that, the more popular add-ons in the marketplace for custom reports used by our customers are:

• All in One Reports for Jira
• eazyBI JIRA reports and charts plugin
• Power Report - reporting with BIRT
• Time Reports

Although they are paid, all of them have a free trial period, most of them for 30 days. :)

Accordingly to the active instances on the Marketplace, Eclipse BIRT for SQL+JQL is more popular than Power Report for reporting with BIRT.
