Strange behaviour in searched label field

Hi people

In my Jira instance, I have strange behaviour on a label field.

I have a set of results and in a label field called "Customer" I have a strange result, I obtain two values in the label one is the customer name (the red line) and the second is "None", see the screenshot below.

How can I obtain one value?

I expect to obtain only the customer's name
