Structure: Automation feature - Insert JQL Query with correct project name but nothing showed up

Hello everyone,

I am struggling with Automation feature in Structure with "Insert" generator, as I was trying to write this Query: project = "xxx", seems all good but once clicked "Apply", nothing showed up. Please if anyone knows what the issue? TIA

Hi, @Hai Ha 

You can check query by performing standard JQL search in Jira.

It can help to check, is there problem in query, or permissions, or Structure.

thanks! how can I do that pls? also not sure if its the issue w permission cause when I click on that project, I have access to view all stories, epics, etc..

Go to Issues in header menu, select there Search for Issues, switch to Advanced search, if you're not using it, paste there your query and make search

ah thanks! just tried with advanced search, I can see everything in the project. Hmm weird that it did not work w Structure, do you have any idea why pls?
