Creating a new issue in Structure is easy by using its Add button. However, after creating the issue, the second opens an empty dialog instead of the normal Create Issue & Add to Structure dialog. After refreshing the browser window it works again.
How to fix this to avoid the empty dialog pop-ups?
Hi @Jozsef Lehocz aparte from clearing your browser's cache, I would suggest to submit a support request with the vendor directly.
Thank you for the quick suggestion.
The issue is the same on different browsers and desktops, so clearing the browser's cache does not really help.
Unfortunately, we can not submit a support request to the vendor directly.

You cannot get support without a valid maintenance subscription, that's obvious.
Nevertheless, have you tried to get in contact with the vendor at all? Or have they already confirmed that they don't offer support without a valid license?

On their support site, it is not possible to select the product currently we have, because we have not upgraded to the data center or the cloud version yet.

@Jozsef Lehocz , please do send an email as @Dave Mathijs suggests. Please also feel free to use the Data Center option if you decide to use the portal.
Best,
David
