Anyone got the same and find out the solution ?
Hi @Juhaina Almama ,
Are we talking Automation for Jira or Automation rules from JSM?
Could you also include versions of your instance / apps?
I just tested with these formats in Automation for Jira and they work like a charm:
{{issue.created.format("dd/MM/yyyy")}}
{{issue.created.as("dd MMM")}}

Hi @Juhaina Almama ,
could you show the actual action / error message?
What version are you currently working on?

Hi @Juhaina Almama ,
I notice in your bottom screenshot that you have {{issue.createdDate.format....}
Kindly try {{issue.created.format...}}
I just get an empty value for createdDate, not an error.
Could you try without the format? Based on the language in the mail I'm starting to think this format is somehow not supported / recognized on your system.
