Dear JIRA Support Team,
I would like to report an issue related to notifications in the mobile version of the JIRA app (both on phones and tablets).
One of our users is receiving push notifications correctly – for example, when a task is assigned, updated, or commented on. However, after opening the JIRA mobile app, these notifications do not appear in the in-app notification history (the bell icon section). On the desktop version, all notifications are visible as expected under the notification bell.
This inconsistency makes it difficult for the user to review past activity while working on a mobile device. Could you please advise if this is a known issue or if there is a setting we need to adjust to enable full notification history on mobile devices?
