Subscription gets cancelled and confirmation mail does not get send

Hi, 

I have some some small projects on jira/bitbucket and no local copy. 

On 4th Aug I got this message: 

[Action Required] Your Jira subscription will be cancelled in 30 days

We haven't seen you in your Jira site, ****.atlassian.net, for a while so we wanted to check in. Log back in to enjoy everything that your site has to offer.
Please note that if your site continues to remain inactive, it will be deactivated on 2021-09-02. You will no longer be able to access products once they have been unsubscribed, and your data will be permanently deleted soon after.

But if I click on the button, I get connected to a atlassian page, offering me to send me a confirmation mail. But I never receive anything (not even in spam folder). The mail address is working. 

Any hint for me?

@dimollUsually this is because Jira lacks a payment method, try adding a credit card to your Jira instance account.

I have no possibility to add a credit card to this account. Therefore I need to login. And login is not available, because I have to confirm my account first. But the confirmation mail does not get send.
