Subtask creation

I want to:

Allow automation to create subtasks

Not allow manual creation of subtasks.

Is that possible?

Hi @Saira 

One possible way to achieve this is to add a "user in group validator". So if you place all the users who you do not want to create manually subtasks, and add a validator to allow only user who do not belong to that group, then these users will not be able to create manually any subtasks. And after that you can create your automation with an actor who doesn't belong to that specific group.
