Once all stories in a sprint are completed, I try to click [Complete Sprint] button in Scrum Board.

However, there is warning stop me to complete the sprint, it is warned

“Sprint cannot be completed as there are incomplete subtasks on following issues: OP-2324”

I checked there are 3 subtasks under this story, 2 are "Done" and 1 is "Cancelled", and I tried to change the "Cancelled" to "Done" then is able to complete the Sprint.

I wonder if there is any setting to let "Cancelled" passed complete Sprint checking? As both "Done" and "Cancelled" are complete status.

Hi @jiandong.luo  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Make sure the Canceled status is mapped to the far right (last) column of the board. The issue will not be considered complete unless it is in the far right column, regardless of the status/type/category.

Hi @jiandong.luo ,

I would start by making sure that transitioning to the "Cancelled" status on the sub-task workflow applies a resolution to the issue. This can be done either through a workflow post-function (to make it always the same value, "Won't Do" for example) or by adding the resolution to the transition screen when transitioning the issue to "Cancelled" (which would allow users to select the resolution).

Hope this helps!

Hi,

I agree with Rryce's comment. This issue is often found when resolution is not set for Done category statueses (e.g. Cancled).

Thanks,

YY哥
