Suddenly "Deployed to" field is missing from the Development Panel

Earlier this "Deployed to" feature was working but suddenly it this field is missing from the "Development Panel". Some one could you please help to fix this issue as it is delaying some deliverables. Please refer the below screens for more clarity.
