Hi,
My company wants to track the customer contracts with dates and all necessary fields like reach out date and links to the actual contract files.
Have the list of passwords where necessary, not sure if it should be Jira, maybe a password manager would resolve this.
Have the contacts for all partners and customers, this needs to be in Jira.
What are your suggestions?
Nice UI and not expensive please
According to our needs I decided to create my own solution using the project templates
Hi @Javanshir Mustafayev _ HIT
You might want to take a look at Mria CRM, it’s a fully integrated, Forge-native CRM built inside Jira, so there’s no need to switch tools.

📦 Products – Manage catalogs and pricing directly tied to deals.
🔗 Native Jira Integration – Runs entirely in Jira (no external DBs or syncs).
⚙️ Unified Workflows – Align sales, product, and engineering on one platform.
🗒️ Activity Tracking – Log meetings, emails, tasks, notes, and Jira issues for full context.
It’s completely free for teams up to 10 people!

Hi, Javanshir!
If you are fine with a marketplace app to get this data, you can try out our add-on:
CRM for Jira
Jira also has linkage between the account department and the other team. You can also bind tasks and view them in Jira, and then get reports afterwards if necessary.
CRM for Jira is available on the Marketplace – you can try it!
Feel free to ask any questions if you need even more information about our app.

Hi,
Regardless of what you choose, I'd suggest starting by compiling a list of your requirements for your way of working, and which parts are already filled in by which tool.
It usually tends to be a mix of tools to it the way that works an organization, because you might be limited by one tool or the other.
We do offer a tool that might suit (part of) your needs: Atlas CRM
Hope you find something that works for you!
