Create test cycle in kanban table

can anyone help me to configure my kanban table having it like this joined model ?

Suggestion 1:

Rename all ToTest stations as below;

ToTest INT || ToTest INTOK || ToTest UAT || ToTest UATOK

Suggestion 2:

Collect all Statuses under ToTest Station (INT, INTOK, UAT, UATOK)

Then, user swimlanes to separate these statuses
