OK, so this is a super simple suggestion - when you've got a list of issues on screen and perform a "bulk change" on the displayed tickets .... you have to check each issue one by one ...
Suggestion - add the ability to select one issue, then SHIFT-SELECT another issue down the list, and the issues inbetween the two are checked/selected (like gmail, hotmail, etc does)
Super simple but something I could really use!!
