Hello,
I'm looking for a template that would be a cross between a service project with internal and external communications and a business/software project with a kanban board.
I want to use it for sales to communicate with customers but also allow for internal discussions while providing a visual where each ticket is within the workflow.
The Sales Pipeline doesn't allow for internal/external communication.
Any suggestions?

You'll need a Jira Service Management Project for external communication.
You can add a Board to a Jira Service Management Project though if required:
Note: The only limitation here is the location must be a Jira Software Project - so you'd need to locate it under another Project, or create a dummy JSW Project to house it.
Or, the alternative is to keep Service Management, and internal task management Projects, separate.
