Dear community, hello.
I saw a lot of articles on this topic, but I did not find a solution.

A task:
Sum up the time spent on tasks and bugs in Epic.

I tried different options from the forum, but I did not find a working option, the time in Epic does not decrease and is not registered.
I will clarify that it is necessary to sum up the time spent, do not store points.

Here is the rule I am trying to set up now.

The second element of your rule says

"Status is one of - Task, Bug"

Task and Bug are issue Types, not Statuses. Statuses are values like To Do, In Progress, and Done.

Try changing that part of your rule to look at the Type field instead.

Also, please show us the Audit Log information for the rule.
