Summary Exact Match Search

As continuation question on my other post.

Solved: Long text (more than 50 characters) on search quer... (atlassian.com)

I am facing this issue that there are multiple issues returned when I am trying to search for exact match. As we can see that the other issue returned has some of the text of the search query. 

What will be the correct query to only return the exact match?

Exact-text searching is not yet available in Jira Cloud, you can upvote the related feature request and watch it to be notified once it's released.
