Is there a way to contact Atlassian with a question directly if I have a Premium account? Or the only way to receive an answer to the question is to wait until someone answers in the Atlassian community?
Atlassian broadly have three types of support
None - you can only ask questions here in the community. This is for free and the $10 (starter) tiers of the software
Standard - you can raise support requests via https://support.atlassian.com/contact - for anyone with any tier above the $10 licence
Premium - you can still ask the community and go via a support call, but you have 24/7 support - if you've signed up for this (and Cloud Premium includes it), your site owners will have contact details for support
