Support inquiry - required logs

We host Jira and Confluence on-prem.  If we need to open a support ticket with Atlassian for an issue what are some of the types of log or support files we may need to transfer to Atlassian?  I need general information for us to get approval to send such data.

Is that one only for Partners?

The info wanted can be generated as a Support zip file within the Jira app by a Jira admin
