In my organisation, we are planning to procure Jira Software to help teams manage the work. We have total of 150 users. We have multiple work streams like SAP Center team(20 members), Applications Team(7 members), Infrastructure and Networking Team(20 Members), Basis(3 members) etc.., All the teams work independently with dependencies in few areas of the work. However, the requirements comes from Single Pipeline from Project Office.
As a Scrum Master, how should I set up the Jira instance for our type of organisation ? What option should I set up ?
A) Set up a single project with multiple boards for handling the different work-streams.
B) Set up individual project for handling each work streams.
Hello @Ravi
There are many factors to consider when deciding between a single shared project and multiple projects.
If your teams truly work mostly independently and may have different work process, I would recommend separate projects. But really a more in depth analysis of your needs should be done.
There are many Atlassian Solution Partners that would be willing to help you assess your needs and recommend how to set up your environment to best meet your needs. Disclosure: I work for Praecipio, which is an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner operating in North America.
Thank You @Trudy Claspill - I'll find answers and see best possible option to adapt to meet the org needs.

Hi Team.
My JIRA account Atlassian access assigned with incorrect region EMEA instead of APAC .
Could you please check and re-assign the access with region APAC ([OCAP]OPE__GBS__GBS_Mgmt_GLB).
Thank you.
