Suppressing the "expired support" popup in Jira

The popup screenshotted above appears every time a page from JIRA is called.  Navigating issues, navigating around the menu, refreshing the page- it pops up every time.  It's incredibly irritating.

How can this popup be hidden permanently for all users?

What version of Jira is it, and are you sure it appears for all users on every page?  It should only appear for admins, and only on their first hit (and after they use the admin login popup sometimes)
