Swagger v2 for Open Rest API

Hello,

I need a Swaggerdocument for JIRA  but i can only find the Swagger v3 doc for cloud. It is not working for me.

 https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/swagger-v3.v3.json

Is it possible to get the version 2 of the swaggerdocument. I cant find it.

Or is there a way to convert XML to Swagger 2.0?
