Swimlanes in Kanban board not visible to other users

Hi all,

 

I have the following issue: I have created a KANBAN board that applies Swimlanes based on JQLs. For all thes JQLs, I have provided access to my teammembers. However, when they have a look at the Kanban board, they do not see the Swimlanes.

 

Anybody there who can help?
