Switch Sprint button missing

Charlie Bollans May 21, 2018

hi,

New to Jira so apologies if this is a simple issue,

I have two projects in Jira set up exactly the same to be run using scrum. when i click on active sprints one project has a 'switch sprint' button next to it allowing me to go back and see the stories completed in the last sprint.

The other project doesnt give this

both projects are several sprints in.

does anyone know why this wouldnt be showing for one of them?

Also is there any way to go back more than just the last sprint in this view?

many thanks

Charlie

I saw this issue also for the first time yesterday.  It was on a board showing multiple sprints.  One user was missing the "Switch Sprints" link next to the "All Sprints" label while all other users could see it.

Switch sprint option is visible only when you have more than one "active" sprints on the board. Do you have multiple active sprints on the other project too?

Hi @Charlie Bollans,

My suggestion would be to use the Sprint Report as you can view all information related to any sprint within the corresponding project.

Hope this helps
