Switch from a Software project to a Business project to Utilize Kanban?

I'd like to fully utilize kanban and do away with sprints of which i'm not using at the moment in my software project. What steps should i take to get this working?

Hi Victor,

You don't necessarily have to switch to a Business project to use Kanban; you can instead just create a new Kanban board using the existing project.

Go into an existing board, click the ellipses on the right, choose Create Board, select Kanban and follow the steps to add it to your project.
