Switching over to new workflow, would like to be able to roll back if any issues arise

Is there a way to save a full copy of my on-demand Jira environment and restore if needed. I would like a backup in case of any issues when we associate a new work flow with a current project. Though I've heard that we should not experience any problems, I would like to plan for the unexpected. My goal would be to roll back as quick as possible if issues arise while associating project and work flow.

Hi,

If you contact Atlassian Support they should be able to create a backup for you. There is an open feature request for customers to be able to create backup downloads themselves (https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-5677) , but it's not implemented yet.
