Switching to annual plan

Hello,

My account is currently on a monthly payment plan, but I requested Atlassian to Switch it to an annual payment plan yesterday.

As my site will be deactivated on 10th May, I would like to know how long does it take to switch between payment plans?

Hi Diego! I've seen that one of my colleagues is already working on your request to switch your site to annual plan, once all the right information is entered in our system, the switch will be done in no time :)

Note that to prevent your site from being deactivated, you'll need to enter your credit card details by navigating to Cog icon > Billing > Payment details.
