Sync data to another Jira site

Example 

Site A:   create a project  

              create tasks 

              create issues (like defects) according to the tasks 

Site B want to monitor Site A's defect status only  

How to do that?   

ps. Site A & Site B were from different company and can't use in the same site

Site sync is not provided by Atlassian by default, I suggest you take a look at plugins which does this stuff on marketplace.
