Sync issues between Jira & Jira portfolio

I see recently many sync issues between Jira and Jira protfolio .

Example :

1) I have bug with sub tasks on Jira and in portfolio I see the bug but w/o its sub tasks

2) On jira we created additional level above Epic and named it : Theme . Currently I don`t see any of my Themes on portfolio (while I saw them in the past) + On jira they are all exit .

I tried to go and edit sources and saw which issues are being exported .. Theme list was empty

How can we overcome this ? This is basic . If jira & Jira portfolio are not sync in 100% , we can`t use protfolio
