Synchronisation two jira instancesusing webhooks

Hi everyone.

is it possible to perform a synchronisation between two jira instances using webhooks?

For example I want replicate the created ticket mannually, in another jira instance using webhooks? 

I want to do a bi-directional automation.

Is it possible?  it have limits or restrictions?

I did it... as long as you use project automation, instead of global... there is no limit. You can do it...

I am also looking for the answer to this question. My guess is that this is indeed possible but I have yet to find the documentation to back it up.
