Synchronise Tasks from Jira to SAP CALM

Hallo Team, 

• I did integrated Jira with CALM, whereby when i create a task in SAP CALM, these will be created in Jira and also updated there, i did follow this instruction and did some Jira Automation to achieve that --> so when i do some changes in CALM, these will be adapted to Jira.
• Now i want to do the oppposite, so when tasks are created, updated, moved from x status to y status in Jira, these actions should also be adapted to SAP CALM
  • How can i achieve that, is there is an API from Jira to CALM
  • is there is any instruction, Guide How to?

PS: I know, there is already existing solutions, such as:

• CoreALM Connector for Jira and SAP Cloud ALM
• Galileo Group

Anyway we do not want to use these.

That doesn't depend on an API in Jira. That depends is SAP CALM has an API that Jira can talk to and if it has the option to accommodate these actions.

If this is offered, Jira automation can sent out web request to SAP CALM.

Go over the SAP CALM API fro option or ask SAP CALM support, if this can be done and what API endpoint to use.
