Synchronization of dates between Biggantt and Jira

Hi,

why the start and end date aren't synchronized between Jira Software and Big Gantt?

If I change a date of task in Gantt, it doesn't reflect in Jira.

Have I to change some configurations?

I noticed this question is a few weeks old. I hope you managed to resolve the issue by now, but - if not - it may be due to missing synchronisation configuration in your BigGantt app.

Have a look into the app documentation describing the technical configuration of the product.
