TEMPO - PLAN Prevents *ANY* Other Suggestions During Planned Time

The TEMPO app is not allowing suggestions for the time periods where a PLAN is set.

I will have my IT team raise this directly, but this has been seen with direct suggestions (from editing / commenting on Jira Software tickets) to connected suggestions (Outlook Calendar) to those generated from emails.

When dealing with connected suggestions the connections have been released and renewed.

When dealing with direct suggestions I have checked both the Calendar and List views.

---

For the record, they are not being hidden behind the PLAN entries, they are just not there at all. If it isn't actively blocking the suggestions, then the PLAN implentation is doing something which is stopping the suggestions coming through the API to TEMPO proper.

---

PLAN entries are those which can be set down on a day to help craft the time that someone *may* spend on something on a given day.

---

Please fix this because folks are beaten over the head with their time logging by companies and we rely on the suggestions here to input *something* relating to the actual time spent on an activity.

No one here can help "fix this", it's likely something the Tempo app(s) are doing. Those apps are just layered on top of Jira.

Reach out to the vendor - the folks who make Tempo. I've worked with them before, they're pretty responsive and good to work with:
