TM4J: Test case not found

hello,

i'm not able to open TCs in my TM4J project. i'm getting a notification about - 

Test case not found

i'm able to view the test but once i want to see its details i'm getting the 'not found' notification. 

are there any changes in the permission level for users to view TCs steps?
