Tabs do not appear on Issue View/Edit screen

I have added fields on couple tabs in my screen, but weh Iopen the issue for viewing or editing these tabs are not shown and the fields are displayed on the right pane of the screen with al other fields. Is this how new Jira view works?

@QPS Jira  Please Check your Project Related Screens Create/Edit/View

> If you added Tab's on Create Screen You need to add those tabs on Edit / View Screen as well.

> If you want those tabs only Create it will Show you While Creating an issue only. it will not show you while editing issue and View Issue
