Tagging of only project users in JIRA comment

I can tag people in JIRA comment. But it used to show all the users of JIRA in suggestions once I type "@". sometimes the team gets confused when there are people with the same first name.

Is there any way that only projects users come in suggestions?

Please see the project permission scheme, as all the *users* which have the * Browse Project permission* will be available in the *mentions* dropdown.
