Tagging people or mentioning using @ does not work in Jira. It does not auto generate the names.

When trying to mention people using the @ symbol in the Jira comments, it does not give the list of users. Mentioning is not working. The same is working fine in Confluence.

Hello,

Kindly check that you have the Browse Users global permission. You can find more info on global permissions here:

Permissions look fine for all the users, but still mentions does not work.
