Taleo integration with JIRA

Hi All,

I need to integrate Taleo with JIRA.

Use case:

In HR Process a particular stage is tracked in JIRA Projects, Team is spending lots of time to update back to taleo from jira. 

If sync is happen it will reduce the team effort of 5 hours per week.
