Task End date/time in Jira android app will only allow date selection. Not time

The end date/time in the jira app on my android device will not let me select and end time. I installed the latest version. Is this a known issue?

Testing on my mobile (Android 11 and Jira v79.1.4), the Date Time Picker fields work normally. 

When clicking on this type of field, it opens the calendar and after selecting the date, it shows the option to select the hour and minutes.

Can you please confirm in Jira via browser if the type of the field is Date Time Picker?

Is it happening on all projects and tickets or specific ones?

Is it affecting other users?

Are you able to select the time of the very same field via browser?
