I have a couple of tickets that ARE NOT closed or Done. Yet, the ticket number has a strikethrough it. I usually see this when a ticket is marked as DONE.
Is there a reason why I'm seeing this on a ticket that is NOT closed or Done?
Where is that specified? I don't recall any of my users specifying that. On some tickets, we been simply logging notes and moving them from Backlog to Testing, to in progress. So not sure where is getting "resolution is set".

Nevermind, I found problem!!! In Column Settings, "resolution Set" flag was set for "In Progress" status!!
