Tasks are not shown in the whiteboard mode, however, everything works well in the List mode. Please help me

what type of project is this CMP or TMP? Is this a software or business project? The reason I am asking is whether you have the ability to configure the board or not via board settings or is this a fixed default board. The image helps a bit but as it is not in English I can’t translate.

On the screen there is a button "Create your first project", clicking on which absolutely nothing happens.
