Tasks not created from Roadmaps when validation is added

I have added a validation that upon creation of any task, the user have to enter the description of the task as well. 

The validation is working fine but the problem is that I longer can create issues from the Roadmaps through Epics. 

Now, I have to go create issue button to add issue separately. 

Now, I have to go create issue button to add issue separately. This is so much time consuming. Is there any workaround it. 

Also, I have made the description field. It's asking for description when I create the Epics as well. I don't want the Epics to have any description. Just for all other issue types.
