Team Managed Project - Time Tracking Field

Hi Team,

As I transition an issue from "In Development" to "Testing" status, I want to add a rule to ensure that the Time Tracking field is not empty. I’ve tried the following options, but none seem to work:

Option 1: Tried using a validation rule to ensure the Time Tracking field isn't empty, but it fails.
Option 2: Tried using a regular expression, but that also didn’t work.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I tried adding a workflow rule in my team managed project and it worked as expected.

Can you please verify that you updated the workflow after adding the rule? Please share screenshots if possible.

Hi Karan, 

Thank you for your response, and apologies for not being clearer about the issue. The problem I’m encountering with this rule is that, even though the field is not empty and contains a value, it’s still failing the transition. Please see below for further details.
