When you pull Reports in Jira it is at the Project level based on the Board filter.
If I have 5 teams working on that Project each with their own Jira Board and I want to pull a report, such as a Sprint Burndown Report specifically for that team and that team works on multiple projects, how can I do that so I only see the work from that team?
Hello Andrew,
Thank you for contacting Community!
Are you using a Classic or a next-gen project to organize your work?
Actually, the reports from JIRA software are based on the filter used in the Board.
For next-gen projects, the board's filter is not editable, so the reports will only be related to the project itself as you mentioned.
However, in a classic project, you can edit the board filter to return issues from several projects, so the reports will be returning issues from all the projects returned by the board filter.
That been said, you would be able to configure multiple projects in the board of your team by using a classic project to create the board. Check the documentation below to know how you can configure the board filter:
Please, let me know if this makes sense to you.
