Team and information in Techjira

Hi everyone

in techjira when we are going to write ticket, we should select the Category, process area, SLA, teams, and other information.

is there any document for that? if yes how I can get it?

There are millions of Jira systems out there in the wild, we, as a Community of people here to talk Atlassian, cannot possibly know all of them.

We're outsiders to your system.  We have less knowledge and less access to your "techjira" than you do.

We can tell you that "process area" is not a standard Jira field, so we certainly can't help you with that, and while "category", "sla" and "teams" are terms used by standard Jira systems, you haven't told us enough to know what they mean to you.

You will need to ask the other people using "techjira".  Possibly the admins, probably your colleagues who are also using it, or the people who asked you to use it or gave you the access to use it.  They are better placed to tell you how they want you to be using it than us!
