I have added a team column to the Advanced Roadmap view. There is an EXT alert next to the team that shows up in the column that says "Team currently not in this plan. While this team isn't in this plan, it's appearing because it is assigned to issues in the plan."

Anyone know how to get this field in the plan? It is already added as a custom field or it wouldn't show up here to add in the column. I cannot find reference to this message anywhere.

Thanks,

Go to plan.

Then + Add team2023-12-20_16-47_flameshot.png

Then just tick this not obvious switch...

Hi Blaine,

When a shared team is not added to the plan but it's assigned to issues in the plan. It will appear as External.
To add the shared team to the plan, please click on the Timeline tab > Click on Teams from the dropdown menu > Click on +Add team > Choose Add an existing shared team and choose your shared team.

Thanks,

Hala

Hi @Blaine Morgan

This warning is just telling you that the Team is not in the plan but a task in the plan as been assigned to the team.

I guess going to the Team menu then adding a source to this Team should remove this warning.
