Team insights for JIRA: errors

Dear community, 

I wanted to give "Team insights for Jira" a try, and wanted to install it on our Jira cloud instance, but after installation, when trying to reach the configuration page, I get the error that something went wrong. I tried uninstalling, reinstatlling, but same error. 

Looking at the debug information when opening the configuration page, I see a whole bunch of errors, 409, 404, 403.. all flavours :) 

Any tips on what is happening?
